Questions about what you need to have for renewal?

  • Your Medicaid renewal form

Not sure why you have to renew?

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, Medicaid renewals were paused in Delaware. When the public health emergency period ends, Medicaid renewals will resume. All Medicaid households must renew their eligibility to stay covered. Renewing now helps to ensure you are still eligible for benefits. If you do not renew, you and your family could lose your benefits and have a gap in coverage. You can renew now using one of the methods listed above. To learn more, visit de.gov/medicaidrenewals.
